Mr Nejad has been amazing with my 2 year old. My daughter has been under his care at RNOH Stanmore for just over a year. People have mentioned having to wait for results etc. I couldn’t disagree more. We have had instant results and within days we have a letter through the door with a follow up appointment. RNOH is extremely efficient. I just hope we are always lucky enough to see him

Mr Hashemi Nejad has treated me for hip dysplasia and its complications since I was very young. He has always been incredible throughout the years and listened to me and my family. Many reviews comment on him not diagnosing patients quickly, or having to wait for results, but I have always appreciated how no quick or hasty decisions are made. I too have had to wait for results from tests such as MRI scans and, as a result, have been correctly diagnosed for complications and given brilliant treatment and operations that completely changed my quality of life for the better- without any unnecessary treatments and recovery. He is friendly, understanding and supportive (without introducing bias) when it comes to thinking about treatment. I have never had a fault with the treatment I have received for approximately 15 years from Mr Hashemi Nejad, and he is a brilliant role model to patients and his team alike.

This doctor misdiagnosed my son - he said he had no problems but it turned out that my son has severe hyper mobility and is now being treated in London. Dr Nejad was very dismissive that there was a problem and thinks he knows better than his parents and this simply isn’t true. My son has been in pain for 2 years and only now is getting the help he needs.

I think Dr Nejad needs to improve his customer service. I didn’t hear back from his secretary for days and no apology either. When I turned up his clinic had been moved but no one had informed me. Doctors who charge this much money should offer a better customer service or else I will go elsewhere

This doctor was late. This doctor was expensive. This doctor ordered a lot of tests we think didn’t need. This doctor asked for feedback. Too many bad things for me. I will not come back with my mother.
